Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming service desk calls and respond to queries via phone, email, voicemail, and other channels.
- Provide timely and professional IT support to users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Manage and track incidents including desktop/laptop issues, LAN/WAN connectivity, and voice-related requests.
- Perform user account administration (activation, modification, termination).
- Ensure service requests are handled according to service level standards.
- Escalate complex issues to second-level support when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum Nitec in any discipline
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Microsoft Outlook, and mobile device support
- Able to work 44 hours/ week; off days may vary (weekday/weekend)
- OJT provided
Pay: $2,300.00 - $2,600.00 per month
