Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Salesforce Administration & System Maintenance

  • Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings to maintain system integrity.
  • Configure and maintain objects, fields, workflows, validation rulers and page layouts
  • Oversee sandbox management, production deployments, and system updates, ensuring minimal disruption.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce developers to implement enhancements and integrations.
  • Conduct regular data audits, de-duplication, and cleanup processes for system accuracy.
  • Stay ahead of Salesforce releases, proactively implementing relevant new features.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and user requests efficiently.


Process Automation & System Optimization

  • Design and implement Flows, Process Builder, and automation rules to streamline sales workflows.
  • Manage integrations between Salesforce and third-party tools (e.g. HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Continuously assess system performance, recommending enhancements to improve efficiency, automation, and scalability.


Reporting & Data Insights

  • Develop and refine reports and dashboards to track sales performance, pipeline health, and forecasting.
  • Empower teams with self-service reporting for Business Development, Marketing, and leadership teams.
  • Enforce data accuracy and governance to ensure consistent, reliable reporting.


User Enablement & Adoption

  • Create and maintain clear documentation on system changes, best practices and workflows
  • Conduct training sessions, audits, and feedback loops to drive Salesforce adoption.
  • Act as the go-to Salesforce expert, helping teams maximise value from Salesforce effectively.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, CRM implementation, or consulting within high-growth SaaS, AI, or
  • digital businesses.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud, with hands-on experience in configuring workflows, Process Builder,
  • Flows, custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, reports and dashboards.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator certification required; additional certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App
  • Builder) and proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) are a plus.
  • Familiarity with Apex, REST APIs and SOQL/SOSL, as well as experience with JavaScript, HTML, or Lightning Web
  • Components for UI enhancement is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable system and process
  • improvements.
