We are looking for a dynamic Solutions Consultant (Residential Solar) to join our team in Johor Bahru! In this role, you will transform company-provided leads into successful closings, owning the end-to-end customer journey from first contact to final handover.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead Management: Effectively manage and convert company-generated leads assigned daily.
  • End-to-End Sales: Take full ownership of the sales process from lead assignment to final customer handover.
  • Expert Consultation: Provide tailored solar solutions by understanding the specific energy needs of potential clients.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction through thorough follow-ups and service excellence.
  • Pipeline Coordination: Collaborate with the team for smooth post-sale transitions.
  • Financial Milestone Tracking: Monitor and follow up on project payment milestones (Deposit, 70% pre-installation, and 30% post-completion), ensuring smooth project progression and alignment with commission payouts.


What We're Looking For?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or any related field is preferable.
  • Excellent written and spoken proficiency in English. Ability to converse fluently in Mandarin is required, as the role involves managing and presenting solar proposals to our diverse client base.
  • Proven experience in Consultative Selling, including identifying customer needs and recommending tailored solutions.
  • Strong customer service and customer satisfaction mindset, displaying a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills essential for presenting technical solutions and building long-term client relationships.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated with the ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Familiarity with the solar energy or renewable energy industry is an added advantage.
