LMA Recruitment Hiring! Full Time Senior Construction Broker – P-C Insurance in - Ricebowl

We are partnering with a well-established broking firm to identify an experienced Construction Broker to join their growing team.

This role will focus on managing a portfolio of Construction clients across Property & Casualty lines, with strong emphasis on renewals, account servicing, and relationship management.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy client engagement, portfolio management, and working closely with insurers and stakeholders within the Construction insurance space.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and service a portfolio of Construction P&C accounts across renewals and ongoing account management
• Handle day-to-day client servicing, policy administration, and renewal negotiations
• Work closely with insurers to obtain competitive terms, coverage, and pricing for clients
• Provide insurance advisory and technical support on Construction-related risks and policies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure timely preparation of renewal reports, placement slips, and policy documentation
• Support claims discussions and coordinate with relevant parties when required
• Maintain high service standards and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience within Insurance or Insurance Broking environment
• Strong exposure to P&C Construction insurance business
• Excellent communication skills with strong command of English, both written and spoken
