1. Production Planning, scheduling and execution.
2. To plan, organize, direct and control manpower and equipment capacity to maximize utilization to meet the production schedules.
3. To prepare operations reports on production efficiency, work and process stock based on monthly target.
4. Responsible for reviewing all batches processing record and packaging record implemented accordance to SOP.
5. Ensure records of manufacturing records – BMR, staff training and evaluation etc are well maintained.
6. Production staff training needs analysis and performance evaluation.
7. To ensure the cleaning procedures are strictly followed in the production area.
8. To supervise the critical process in the production and troubleshooting problems at the production process.
9. Effective implementation of latest ISO 13485 Quality Management Systems.
10. Identification of non- conformities in product and process.
11. Control over materials to meet production requirement.
12. Developing new ways of manufacturing, improving existing manufacturing processes, adopting better manufacturing processes.
13. To supervise, coordinate production operations and ensure close cooperation with other departments.
14. Prepare work instructions for production process.
15. To ensure production operations are carried out according to Batch Manufacturing Record and Batch Packaging Records.
16. Involve in investigation execution for any non-conformance, medical device complaint and recall.

REQUIREMENT AND SKILSS

1. Experience in Production planning & control, operation improvement & process optimization
2. Preferably more than 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Diploma/ degree holder or related qualifications.
4. Good communication and experience in working with MS word and MS excel.
5. Good in statistics is an advantage.
