We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead the end-to-end testing workstream for a SAP S/4HANA Cloud transformation program. This role will be responsible for driving the overall testing strategy, governance, execution, and quality assurance across multiple business functions and system integrations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong stakeholder management capabilities and proven experience managing complex ERP testing environments, ensuring successful delivery, system stability, and business readiness throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities for the implementation and rollout of SAP S/4HANA Cloud across multiple business functions and regions.
• Define and execute the overall test strategy, test governance framework, and testing roadmap aligned with project timelines and business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, functional consultants, system integrators, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Manage all phases of testing including:
• SIT (System Integration Testing)
• UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
• Regression Testing
• End-to-End Business Process Testing
• Cutover & Hypercare Validation
• Develop test plans, test scenarios, test scripts, and testing documentation while ensuring traceability to business requirements.
• Coordinate and oversee defect management processes, including prioritization, tracking, resolution, and reporting.
• Establish testing standards, methodologies, KPIs, and reporting dashboards for project governance.
• Drive risk assessment and mitigation strategies relating to system quality, integrations, data migration, and business continuity.
• Manage testing timelines, resource allocation, and vendor coordination to ensure successful delivery.
• Facilitate business user engagement and support during UAT cycles, including test preparation workshops and issue resolution.
• Ensure quality assurance best practices are adopted throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support deployment readiness, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
• Provide regular status updates to senior management and project steering committees.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related disciplines.
• Proven experience as a Test Manager or Test Lead in large-scale ERP transformation projects.
• Strong hands-on experience managing testing activities for SAP S/4HANA implementations, preferably SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
• Good understanding of SAP business processes across areas such as Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory, or Order Management.
• Experience managing complex integration testing involving third-party systems and interfaces.
• Familiarity with SAP testing tools and test management platforms such as:
• SAP Solution Manager
• Tricentis Tosca
• JIRA
• HP ALM / Quality Center
• Azure DevOps
• Strong understanding of defect lifecycle management, test automation concepts, and release management processes.
• Experience working in regional or global project environments with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic project environment.
• PMP or SAP-related certifications will be advantageous.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in cloud ERP transformation programs.
• Experience supporting data migration validation and reconciliation activities.
• Exposure to Agile, hybrid Agile/Waterfall, or SAP Activate methodologies.
• Experience managing offshore and onshore testing teams across multiple locations.
