We are looking for a skilled and proactive RPA Developer (UiPath) to design, develop, deploy, and support intelligent automation solutions across business operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in UiPath development, process automation, support activities, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain UiPath automation workflows.
• Prepare and review BRD, PDD, and SDD documentation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize and redesign processes.
• Provide L1–L3 support for existing automation solutions and resolve incidents within SLA timelines.
• Perform root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and enhancement activities.
• Develop reusable, scalable, and maintainable RPA components following best practices.
• Support UAT activities, testing cycles, and deployment processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional and multicultural teams across onsite and remote engagements.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in UiPath development.
• Strong understanding of RPA lifecycle, SDLC, Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with REST APIs, web services, RDBMS, and open-source databases.
• Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in UiPath Document Understanding / Intelligent Document Processing (IDP).
• Exposure to Power Automate, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Selenium, Tricentis, or OpenSpan.
• Knowledge of C#, VB.NET, Python, or .NET technologies.
• UiPath Automation Developer Professional (ADP) Certification is preferred (or willingness to obtain within 3 months).
• Business proficiency in English and Mandarin and/or Bahasa.
• Willingness to travel regionally/internationally as required.
