Position: Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Location: Penang

Industry: Interior Design / Construction

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimation, budgeting, and tender documentation
• Evaluate quotations and subcontractor claims
• Contract administration and cost control
• Monitor project expenses and progress claims
• Prepare variation orders and final accounts
• Coordinate with project team, consultants, and suppliers

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Minimum 3 years working experience (Interior/Construction preferred)
• Strong knowledge in contract administration & costing
• Good negotiation and analytical skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
