What The Role Is

Technical Executive (Building) - Project Development

What You Will Be Working On

The successful candidate will be involved in the architectural technical aspects of HDB work, such as reviewing submissions on building plans / BIM models and conducting technical reviews to ensure that designs meet regulatory requirements and HDB requirements on safety, durability, maintainability, cost, accessibility and constructability. You will also be involved in the management and update of the HDB Architectural Guide Drawings and improvement of work standards and processes using BIM and other BIM-related tools. You will also assist with the management of material listing to improve the quality of materials used in HDB projects.

You will also assist Project Directors who are HDB reps managing the projects under construction. You will be involved in various aspects of building works, i.e. architectural, structural, and M&E works, and receive training on good construction practices, work procedures and quality standards. You will have the opportunity to conduct in-process quality, site safety and housekeeping checks on site works to ensure compliance with the drawings and specifications, and that works are progressing according to schedule.



What We Are Looking For

You should possess a good background in Architecture or Building, have CAD knowledge and preferably possess experience in BIM modelling.

You should be a good team player who is meticulous, independent and have good communication skills, and site experience.



Successful candidates will be offered a 1+1 year contract.
