ACMV & Ducting – Project Coordinator Job Description
Position: ACMV & Ducting Project Coordinator

Responsibilities
Coordinate ACMV and ducting works at project sites.

Prepare project schedules, work plans, and manpower arrangements.

Liaise with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site supervisors.

Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed according to drawings and specifications.

Attend site meetings and prepare progress reports.

Coordinate material delivery and ensure proper installation sequence.

Prepare and submit shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions.

Ensure safety regulations and quality standards are followed on site.

Handle project documentation, permits, inspections, and handover process.

Monitor project cost, variation orders, and work progress claims.

Resolve site coordination issues and technical problems.

Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Experience in ACMV and ducting installation projects.

Knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting fabrication, and installation.

Ability to read technical drawings and coordination plans.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Familiar with Singapore construction and safety regulations.

Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
