Based at the ST Engineering Jurong East Building, this role provides a unique opportunity to contribute to our Managed Cybersecurity Services Division (MCS), where cutting-edge security measures and customer-centric services converge.

About The Role

As a Client Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of managed cybersecurity services. You will work closely with senior management, technical teams, and clients to ensure effective delivery and operational excellence across cybersecurity projects and service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee cybersecurity service operations to ensure alignment with client expectations and organisational objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic initiatives that enhance service delivery capabilities.
• Support the management of service performance metrics, analysing trends to identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Assist in the formulation of cybersecurity policies, procedures, and best practices that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Engage with clients to understand their cybersecurity needs and provide consultative support to resolve complex issues.
• Contribute to risk management activities by identifying potential security threats and assisting in the implementation of mitigating controls.
• Facilitate internal communication and training sessions to foster knowledge sharing and skills development within the team.
• Participate in vendor and stakeholder management to ensure seamless integration of cybersecurity solutions.
  
  

Qualifications And Experience

• Proven experience in cybersecurity operations or managed security services, ideally within a similar role.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies, frameworks, and industry standards.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently.
• Effective communication skills to engage with both technical teams and clients in a clear and professional manner.
• Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
