• Min 6 years of related experience
• Functional and technical knowledge of their module/objects: SAP MM Product Master DataSystem knowledge (SAP, EBX)
• Solid understanding of data quality & flows: ETL, reconciliation/validation
• Ability to engage local to understand their context and propose most appropriate migration approach, in line with methodology
• Transversal management, animating Tech/Business stakeholders
• Ability to manage cross-object dependencies and operate effectively within a complex, multi-stakeholder ecosystem
• E2E understanding of data quality impacts on migration/processes
• Strong affinity with problem-solving with a pragmatic delivery mindset
