Role Description

We are hiring an HVAC Technical Coordinator based in George Town, Penang to join our team at Susten Sdn Bhd . Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate subcontractors during HVAC servicing, maintenance, and repair work.

2. Conduct regular site visits and system inspections to verify quality, compliance, and energy efficiency.

3. Ensure all HVAC systems are running efficiently and remain within defined operational parameters.

4. Proactively identify and report potential issues, abnormalities, or system inefficiencies.

5. Maintain clear, honest records and reports on inspections, maintenance activities, and contractor tasks.

6. Act as the primary on-site point of contact for technical issues, guiding subcontractors and escalating complex problems.

7. Communicate with clients professionally and address their concerns promptly.

8. Uphold safety standards and strictly monitor subcontractor adherence to safety regulations and company protocols.

Requirements:

1. Solid background and technical knowledge in HVAC systems and operations.

2. Prior experience in a supervisory, coordination, or site lead role is preferred.

3. Basic understanding of wiring and electrical systems is an advantage.

4. Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions effectively.
