We are currently seeking a high-calibre Business Analyst for our Client. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are analytical, business-driven, and passionate about transforming data into actionable business insights.

This role goes beyond traditional reporting and data extraction. We are looking for someone who can understand end-to-end business processes, identify operational gaps, analyze business impacts, and proactively recommend improvements across Sales, Service, and Operations functions.

Work Arrangement: Remote, Full Time

Candidate Location Requirement: Johor Bahru, Malaysia

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis & Process Improvement

• Develop a strong understanding of business processes across Sales, Service, and Operations

• Analyze workflows, systems, and operational interactions to identify inefficiencies and process gaps

• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements

• Translate business needs into clear reporting, analytical, and automation specifications for technical teams

Data Analysis & Business Insights

• Extract and analyze data from platforms such as SFDC, SAP, ServiceNow (SNOW), and other enterprise systems

• Interpret trends, patterns, anomalies, and root causes to support business decision-making

• Identify operational risks, business challenges, and opportunities for process optimization

• Deliver clear and actionable insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Reporting, Dashboards & Automation

• Design and maintain management dashboards and reports aligned with business objectives

• Develop automated reporting solutions to improve efficiency and data reliability

• Build interactive dashboards using Power BI and Tableau for real-time monitoring and performance tracking

• Perform advanced Excel analysis including pivot tables, formulas, and data modelling

• Support automation initiatives to reduce manual reporting efforts and improve accuracy

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with banking stakeholders, business users, and IT teams to align project objectives and deliverables

• Participate in meetings, workshops, and discussions to validate requirements and provide project updates

• Build strong working relationships and act as a trusted analytical partner to the client

Requirements:

Proven experience in Business Analysis, Reporting, or Data Analytics roles

Experience supporting banking or financial services clients is highly preferred

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and reporting tools

Familiarity with SFDC, SAP, ServiceNow, or ITSM environments will be advantageous

Exposure to automation, scripting, or low-code/no-code solutions is a plus

Required to travel to Singapore 2 to 4 times or more per month for meetings
