Senior Process Engineer TL

Location : Seremban (Negeri Sembilan)

Salary : RM14000

Key Responsibilities :

- Full-time Senior Process Engineer with strong engineering knowledge in CMOS Image Sensor equipment and processes.

- Early engagement in package development, qualification, and sustaining activities at high-volume manufacturing (HVM).

- Provide engineering support to manufacturing lines.

- Analyze and implement efficient, economical, and innovative test methodologies to improve assembly throughput, quality, and yield.

- Support process and equipment development activities.

- Drive process improvement, process characterization, and optimization to improve yield and quality in assigned areas.

- Run Design of Experiments (DOE) and perform data analysis using JMP software.

- Apply Six Sigma methodology with completed training and project execution using the DMAIC approach.

- Familiar with running production for engineering-related projects.

- Practice good quality systems and production control.

- Demonstrate strong teamwork and leadership skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Automation

- Minimum 8 years of experience
