Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Malacca, Malaysia. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales activities, developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves coordinating with internal technical teams to ensure customer requirements are well understood and met.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities

Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers

Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales inquiries

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth

Coordinate with technical and operations teams on customer requirements

Participate in sales presentations, meetings, and industry events

Maintain accurate sales records and reports

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field

Proven experience in sales, preferably in technical services, laboratory, or industrial sectors

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Customer-oriented with good problem-solving abilities

Able to work independently and as part of a team
