岗位职责

To manage and oversee the successful execution of projects within the Facilities Management domain, ensuring that all deliverables align with the client's requirements, timelines, and budget. The Project Engineer acts as a liaison between departments, vendors, and clients to streamline communication, address issues, and ensure smooth project implementation.


1.Alignment with Business Objectives:

  • Ensure that all project activities align with the company’s strategic Facilities Management goals.
  • Work closely with senior management to understand organizational priorities and incorporate them into project planning.


2.Standardized Execution:

  • Implement industry best practices and standardized procedures in project execution.
  • Maintain consistent documentation and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify and address discrepancies.


3.Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks early in the project lifecycle and develop comprehensive mitigation strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with teams to implement preventive measures to minimize disruptions.
  • Maintain a risk log and conduct regular risk assessments to ensure proactive issue resolution.


4.Process Improvement:

  • Analyze current project execution processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Propose and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and project outcomes.
  • Support innovation and automation initiatives to streamline workflows.


5.Project Monitoring:

  • Track and coordinate multiple Facilities Management projects simultaneously, ensuring they meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Utilize project management tools to monitor progress, allocate resources effectively, and generate reports.
  • Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.


6.Stakeholder Communication:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate clear and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring all parties are aligned.
  • Organize and lead meetings, prepare presentations, and provide status reports.


7.Documentation Management:

  • Prepare, review, and maintain all necessary project documentation, including procedures, manuals, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
  • Establish a centralized system for document storage and retrieval.


8.Vendor & Contractor Coordination:

  • Work closely with contractors and service providers to ensure adherence to project specifications, industry standards, and contractual obligations.
  • Conduct performance evaluations of vendors and contractors to ensure service quality.
  • Address any issues related to vendor performance and negotiate contract terms as needed.


9. Performance Analysis:

  • Assist the Project Manager in compiling comprehensive reports on project performance, timelines, and budget adherence.
  • Analyze project data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Make recommendations based on data insights to optimize future projects.


10.Procurement Oversight:

  • Oversee project-related procurement activities, ensuring that all purchases comply with company policies and vendor agreements.
  • Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely acquisition of materials and services.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure efficient use of resources.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management or equivalent field
  • Minimum 5 years of Engineering or Facilities Management or a related industrial environment
  • Proficient in Autocad, Excel, exposure with Microsoft Project and familiarize with Computerize Facilities & Maintenance System.
  • Advanced skills in negotiation, communication, and analytical thinking.
