岗位职责

Job Responsibilities:

1. Site Supervision & Coordination

Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities to ensure work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Monitor daily work progress and manpower deployment to ensure smooth site operations and timely completion of tasks.
Coordinate closely with sub-contractors on daily work schedules and resolve
technical or operational issues promptly to mitigate potential delays.

2. Quality Control

Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with required quality standards and project specifications.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship and identify defects.
Ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly where necessary.

3. Safety & Compliance

Ensure construction works comply with safety regulations, company policies, and site safety requirements at all times.
Promote good housekeeping practices and maintain a safe working environment on site.

4. Site Coordination & Communication

*Liaise with contractors, consultants, and relevant stakeholders to ensure proper communication and coordination on site matters.
Assist in resolving site issues and facilitate smooth execution of works.

5. Reporting & Documentation

Prepare and submit daily and weekly site progress reports, including updates on work status, challenges encountered, and action plans.
Assist in site measurements, material verification, and documentation related to site activities.

6. General Duties

*Assist the Project Manager or Site Manager in monitoring project progress and site performance.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior or management to support project delivery.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in construction/site supervision (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Basic knowledge of construction processes, drawings, and site coordination.
Able to monitor site progress, workmanship, and ensure quality standards are met.
Strong sense of responsibility, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
Able to work independently and in a team environment.
Willing to work on-site at site location (Mersing)

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
