Tribe is currently partnering with an international gaming client and is looking for a reliable Mandarin-speaking Customer Support Executive to join our operations team in Taman Molek, Melaka. The role focuses on assisting gaming platform users by responding to inquiries, resolving account-related concerns, and ensuring a smooth customer experience across support channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to customers via live chat and email
- Investigate and resolve user concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Escalate unresolved or technical matters to the relevant departments
- Manage multiple customer cases while maintaining service quality and accuracy
- Assist users with payment-related issues such as failed transactions, refund matters, incorrect top-ups, and balance discrepancies
- Maintain professional communication standards and customer satisfaction at all times
Working Hours:
- 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
Shift rotations are scheduled based on operational requirements every 3–4 weeks.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or support-related roles
- Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin and English
- Diploma or Degree qualification preferred
- Basic computer literacy and confidence using online systems
- Comfortable working rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Interest in gaming or digital services is an added advantage
- Able to start work within short notice
- Comfortable with a fixed salary of RM3,000
