Job Summary

Responsible for wafer probing (CP) process setup, optimization, and yield improvement, supporting NPI and mass production while ensuring alignment with customer requirements and manufacturing systems.

- CP Process Setup & Qualification

Setup and release CP test processes for new products (NPI)

Define probing conditions, test flow, and related specifications

Support probe card setup, validation, and buy-off

- Test Program & Data Management

Coordinate test program setup, validation, and troubleshooting

Ensure correct MES/ wafer map / bin definition handling

Support regeneration (regen) when spec or program changes

- Yield Analysis & Improvement

Identify root causes of yield loss (contact issue, parametric issue, etc.)

Drive improvement actions with cross-functional teams

- Production Support & Abnormal Handling

Support daily CP operation and ensure schedule execution

Handle abnormal wafers (e.g., yield drop, test failure, probing issue)

Define re-test / skip / disposition strategy

- Cross-functional Coordination

Work closely with Production, QA, Equipment, and Backend teams

Interface with customers for technical clarification and issue resolution

Align with Taiwan team (CBKF) for process and system consistency

- System & Automation Integration

Ensure proper usage of MES and test systems

Support system setup (Internal automation flow)

Ensure data integrity and traceability

- Documentation & Compliance

Develop and maintain CP SOP, WI, and control plans

Support audit requirements (customer / ISO / ESD)

Ensure compliance with process and quality standards

- Continuous Improvement

Drive DOE, SPC, and process capability improvement (Cpk)

Optimize test time and improve throughput

Reduce manual operation and enhance automation

- Wafer Analysis tool

Perform wafer plotting and analysis using JMP tool to support data visualization and wafer performances

Job Qualification

1) 5+ years in semiconductor CP / test / probing

2) Familiar with prober (e.g., UF3000) and tester (e.g., Advantest / Chroma)

3) Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills

4) Experience in NPI and customer interaction preferred

Pay: RM4,150.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
