Full Time Operations Coordinator Jobs, salary up to MYR 5,000 in Arest Cafe Kuala Lumpur - Ricebowl

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Operations Executive / Coordinator to support our growing F&B business operations. This role will work closely with Management and Area Managers to ensure smooth daily outlet operations across multiple branches.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations between Management, Area Managers, and outlet teams
• Follow up on operational matters and management instructions
• Monitor outlet performance, manpower arrangement, and staff attendance
• Assist in scheduling, reporting, and outlet coordination
• Ensure company SOP and operational standards are followed
• Support new outlet setup and operational planning
• Handle internal communication and operational updates
• Assist in solving outlet operational issues and emergencies
• Work closely with HR and management team when required

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma qualification
• 1–3 years experience in F&B / retail / operations coordination preferred
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Able to travel between outlets when necessary
• Mandarin speaking is an added advantage

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
