Main Job Duties / Responsibilities
- To support the student enrolment process.
- To prepare student records and enforce the faculty policies and procedures for admissions.
- To prepare database for faculty staff records, such as contracts, profiles and area of research interesting.
- To facilitate staff visa process.
- To monitor Staff punctuality, annual leave
- To receive any arising matter related to students’ academic issues.
- To report any complain from students to deputy Dean
- To assist to marketing the faculty educational products through various means.
- To prepare monthly report on accomplished tasks and arising issues.
- To forward prepared report to the Dean
Qualifications
Bachelor in Management
Experience
1. Atleast 1 year experience in related fields
