Job Requirement

Diploma or Certificate in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facility Management, or related field.
Preferably 1–2 years of working experience in facility or manufacturing environment.
Basic knowledge in facility maintenance, utilities system and engineering support.
Knowledge in preventive maintenance and continuous improvement activities will be an added advantage.
Able to prepare maintenance records, reports, and documentation.
Familiar with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Willing to support facility operations and maintenance activities.

Job Description

To support daily facility operation and maintenance activities.
To assist in monitoring utilities system such as air conditioning, electrical, water supply, and compressed air system.
To conduct routine inspection and preventive maintenance activities.
To assist in troubleshooting facility-related issues and report abnormalities to superior.
To prepare and maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation.
To support continuous improvement and cost-saving activities for facility operation.
To coordinate with contractors and suppliers for maintenance work when required.
To ensure all facility activities comply with company procedures and safety requirements.
To support 5S and housekeeping activities within facility area.
To perform any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.

Pay: RM1,453.33 - RM4,070.30 per month
