Job Summary

The Front Desk Officer is the first point of contact for gym members and visitors, responsible for creating a welcoming environment that supports member engagement and retention.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors to create a welcoming and friendly gym environment
• Manage incoming calls and walk-in enquiries to provide accurate information and support
• Schedule appointments and handle email correspondence to ensure smooth administrative operations
• Operate the POS system efficiently to process transactions and memberships
• Use Microsoft Office applications to enter data, prepare documents, and communicate effectively
• Prioritize tasks and manage time to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• Identify and resolve problems promptly or escalate issues to appropriate personnel
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area to enhance member experience
