Technical Engineer (On-Site IT Support)

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Technical Engineer to join our team! If you have a passion for IT support, problem-solving, and ensuring smooth technology operations, we want to hear from you. This role involves on-sitesupport for desktop hardware, applications, networking, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

1- Provide on-site technical support for servers, nas, desktops, applications, emails, printers, and network-related issues.
2- Install, configure, and support Windows OS, Microsoft applications, and other user software.
3- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
4- Perform hardware/software moves, adds, and changes
5- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
6- Escalate complex issues to the next level of support when necessary.
7- Assist in IT project rollouts, system upgrades, and installations.

8- Assist in POS setting.

Requirements:

1- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
2- Minimum 5 year of experience in IT support, administration, or system configuration.
3- Strong working knowledge of Windows Server , M365, Windows OS , Microsoft Office, antivirus software , Intune , ITSM Tools and Backup
4- Familiarity with PC hardware, printers, and networking equipment.
5- Willingness to travel for on-site support (own transport required).
6- Open to Malaysian citizens only.
