Job Summary
Support HR operations by managing recruitment reports, tracking employee records, processing leave applications, coordinating locker management, and assisting with recruitment and administrative tasks to ensure smooth HR functions.
Responsibilities
- Organize and file HR documentation to maintain accurate records
- Prepare and submit recruitment activity and headcount reports to support workforce planning
- Maintain shared HR tracking records for employee probation, training progress, and employment status to monitor staff development
- Monitor and document staff disciplinary records to ensure compliance with company policies
- Administer employee leave applications and process various leave types including unpaid, medical, urgent, childcare, and reservist leave to ensure accurate leave management
- Verify medical certificates and supporting documents for leave approval
- Prepare reservist-related documentation and print necessary forms as required
- Manage locker key inventory by issuing keys, investigating missing keys, and reorganizing locker allocations to maintain security and order
- Update staff profiles on the company website and maintain company telephone extension directories for accurate contact information
- Print and prepare staff passes to facilitate employee access
- Arrange drinks and food for meetings when required to support event logistics
- Assist in recruitment activities by coordinating interviews and candidate arrangements to streamline hiring processes
- Support ad-hoc HR projects assigned by supervisors to meet organizational needs
