Job Responsibilities:
- Accompany sales designers to site visits (as needed) to take notes for quotation and costing purposes.
- Attend project and company meetings with managers, designers, contractors, suppliers, and clients.
- Participate in internal sales and product training sessions organized by the company.
- Maintain accurate records of project costs, progress, and updates.
- Prepare and deliver quotations, invoices, and receipts to clients via online platforms.
- Assist in preparing and tracking payments to suppliers and designers, ensuring proper documentation.
- Check and prepare designers’ cover sheets and other supporting documents.
- Coordinate and liaise with other administrators, designers, and external vendors or suppliers.
- Comply with company policies and demonstrate professionalism as a team member.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.), and basic digital tools.
- Candidates proficient in Mandarin and English are preferred as the role requires dealing directly with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and clients.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to manage and handle confidential or sensitive information responsibly.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
