Job Responsibilities

• Create and modify CNC programs for milling machines using Mastercam
• Set up CNC milling machines and prepare tools, fixtures, and materials
• Perform machine setting and tool offset adjustment
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Optimize machining processes to improve productivity and quality
• Conduct first-piece inspection and ensure parts meet specifications
• Troubleshoot machining and programming issues
• Maintain proper documentation of programs and machining processes
• Follow workplace safety and quality procedures

Requirements

• Singaporean
• Experience in CNC Milling programming
• Proficient in Mastercam software
• Able to perform machine setup and tool setting independently
• Able to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently
• Experience in precision machining/manufacturing is an advantage
