Full Time PRODUCTION ADMIN - IMMEDIATE HIRING Jobs, salary up to MYR 2,500 in CARBO SCHRODER SDN BHD Ulu Tiram - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process Purchase Orders (PO) from Sales Department.
• Prepare and issue work sheets/work orders for production activities.
• Monitor and update production stock records for delivery planning.
• Issue stock receiving documentation after goods are completed and ready for delivery.
• Arrange transportation and coordinate drivers for customer deliveries.
• Review and cancel Sales Orders (SO) after successful delivery completion within the required timeline.
• Maintain accurate production and inventory records in the system.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely production and delivery schedules.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production-related reports when required.
• Perform general administrative duties related to production operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Production Management, or related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in production administration or manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of inventory or ERP systems is an added advantage.
