岗位职责

Responsibilities

  • Review, update, and implement People & Culture or Human Resources policies, procedures, and HR materials to ensure compliance with company standards and local labour regulations.
  • Monitor current and future labour market trends, employment legislation, and HR best practices, and provide practical recommendations to management.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and manage the full recruitment cycle, including manpower planning, interviews, selection, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Analyze manpower requirements and workforce planning to ensure staffing levels meet operational and business needs.
  • Oversee and administer the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to department heads on goal setting, performance monitoring, and development plans.
  • Identify high-potential employees and support their development through coaching, training, and career planning.
  • Coordinate and organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance.
  • Manage compensation and benefits administration, including monthly payroll processing, statutory contributions, salary reviews, and employee benefits.
  • Handle employee relations matters such as disciplinary actions, grievances, counseling, and performance issues in a fair, consistent, and confidential manner.
  • Ensure full compliance with local labour laws, employment regulations, and internal HR policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and HR documentation while ensuring strict confidentiality.
  • Support employee engagement, welfare, and workplace initiatives to promote a positive work culture and work-life balance.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of relevant HR experience, with managerial exposure preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of local labour laws and HR best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
