Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible interns to join our E-Commerce team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in online business, campaigns, and daily operations.

No experience required — training will be provided!

Job Description

• Assist in uploading product listings (titles, descriptions, images)
• Support SKU setup and product variations
• Ensure product information is accurate and updated
• Assist in setting up vouchers, discounts, and bundles
• Support campaign setup (platform sales, flash deals, etc.)
• Help update promotional banners and content
• Monitor platform notifications and alerts
• Assist in checking and fixing listing errors
• Update simple sales and campaign tracking sheets
• Organize data for reporting purposes
• Support the team in daily e-commerce tasks
• Assist with basic administrative duties

Job Requirement

• Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce or related field
• Able to commit at least 3 months internship
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms is a plus
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
