Job Type: Contract Role

Role Overview:

• 5-10 years of experience in Business Analysis, Informatica, Big Data, BI & Data Warehouse. RDBMS, SQL, ETL, SAS DI and etc.

• 3 years of Experience in Ab Initio platform (Mandatory)

• Experience with UNIX environment.

• Experience working using API and web services

Job Specification

• Posses analytical and strategic with a track record of success in delivering results within a large complex organization.

• Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills.

• Ability to plan and priorities work / projects in the team.

• Display good leadership qualities, high commitment and drive to complete the assignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for extracting, transforming and loading (ETL) of the data mart in platform.

• Preparing design document for any new development or enhancement of the data mart.

• Working in project with various roles such as business analyst, developer and tester.

• Constant communication and follow up with stakeholders.

• To resolve application errors/bugs and incidents when necessary, during testing phases

• To ensure all responses are within predefined SLA

• To ensure issues are identified, reported, tracked and closed in a timely manner

• To work with maintenance and support members to further improve the operational processes

• To perform follow-up with required parties for incident/case closure

• To work with development and operation teams for new application support handover with proper documentation, training and guidance

• To regularly update management via established reporting templates for progress updates

• To ensure systems/application documentation is kept up to date.

• Ensure compliance with IT standards, SDLC standards, policies and procedures
