Key Responsibilities•

•Carry out scheduled servicing, inspections, and preventive maintenance in accordance withmanufacturer recommendations.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in mechanical, electrical, and control systems, and performnecessary repairs.

• Conduct load bank testing, battery health checks, fuel system inspections, and cooling systemmaintenance.

• Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance logs, and documentation for all activitiesperformed.

• Ensure full compliance with Workplace Safety and Health requirements, environmentalregulations, and company safety procedures.

• Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new generator systems.

• Provide technical guidance and support to technicians and clients on proper generator operationand maintenance practices.

• Monitor system performance and recommend corrective actions, part replacements, or systemupgrades when necessary.

• Attend to emergency breakdowns and perform on-site troubleshooting to minimize downtime.

• Liaise with suppliers and vendors for procurement of spare parts and technical support.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent.

• Good knowledge of generator systems, including engine, alternator, and control panel operations.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

• Familiarity with Workplace Safety and Health requirements in Singapore.

• Physically fit and able to work on-site, including generator rooms and outdoor environments.

• Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a team.

• Willing to be on standby or on-call for emergency response.

• Possession of BCSS certification is an advantage
