Oversee end-to-end implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications across Finance, HCM, SCM, or other relevant modules
Build, deploy, and maintain integrations between Oracle Fusion and third-party systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, partnering with stakeholders to map processes within Oracle Fusion Cloud
Diagnose and resolve application issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration failures across OIC pipelines and Fusion modules
Coordinate quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, assessing impact on existing configurations, customisations, and OIC flows
Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics using Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and FRS to meet business reporting needs
Set up and maintain security roles, workflows, approval hierarchies, and Fast Formulas within the Fusion environment
Author technical documentation covering system design, integration architecture, test scripts, and standard operating procedures
Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), conduct end-user training sessions, and provide hypercare support post go-live
Partner with cross-functional teams, vendors, and Oracle Support to escalate, track, and close service requests in a timely manner
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, BI Publisher, OTBI, FBDI, HDL, and at least one Fusion module (Finance, HCM, or SCM); working knowledge of PL/SQL and XML is advantageous
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
