Job Summary

A Logistics Manager in a combined catering and manufacturing company oversees the end-to-end supply chain, bridging raw material sourcing and final delivery. They balance inventory control, fleet routing, and regulatory compliance to optimize operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire supply chain process from sourcing raw materials to delivering finished products to clients
• Control inventory levels to ensure availability while minimizing waste and excess stock
• Plan and optimize fleet routing to ensure timely delivery and setup at event venues
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements throughout the supply chain and logistics operations
• Coordinate between kitchen operations and client delivery to maintain service quality and cost efficiency
• Analyze logistics data to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities with business goals
