岗位职责

  • Oversee day-to-day on-site activitiesand delegate tasks to construction workers and subcontractors.
  • Orders materials and equipment andtakes care of the necessary permits.
  • Accomplishes construction humanresource objectives by selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Assesses safety and finance goals.
  • Manages sub-contractors by locating,evaluating, and selecting contractors.
  • Meets operational standards bycontributing construction information to strategic plans and reviews.
  • Meets construction budget bymonitoring project expenditures.
  • Track project timelines, adjustschedules for delays, and manage the delivery and inventory of constructionmaterials.
  • Provide regular updates to ProjectManagers and clients regarding site progress, budget, and any unforeseen issues
  • Accomplishes construction projectresults by defining project purpose and scope.
  • Approves construction projects byconducting inspections at critical phases.
  • Prevents fines and work interruptionsby complying with, and enforcing, codes.
  • Maintains a safe, secure, and healthywork environment by following guidelines, standards, and procedures.
