Assistant Bereavement Service Manager

Responsibility
Daily Operations Leadership – Conduct morning briefings, coordinate with Team Leaders, and ensure seamless execution of funeral service activities.
Scheduling & Reporting – Manage service schedules, prepare monthly rosters, and provide budget updates to Finance.
Service Quality Management – Monitor performance, address client concerns, and ensure services meet required rituals, customs, and company standards.
Process Optimization – Review SOPs, templates, and workflows with Team Leaders to improve efficiency and documentation.
HR & Staff Welfare – Support leave approvals, overtime, recruitment, and initiatives to maintain staff morale and well‑being.
Policy & Compliance Oversight – Ensure adherence to company policies, oversee compensation matters, and handle additional operational duties.
