Assistant Bereavement Service Director

Responsibility
Client Enquiry Management – Handle hotline calls, respond promptly to enquiries, and ensure timely follow‑up on service requests.
Funeral Arrangement Coordination – Organize service arrangements with professionalism, accuracy, and sensitivity to client needs.
Client Engagement – Conduct consultations in‑office, on‑site, or virtually to discuss service requirements.
Transfer Assistance – Support the transfer of the deceased to funeral homes in line with established procedures.
Cross‑Team Collaboration – Work closely with Operations and Finance teams to ensure smooth service delivery and proper documentation.
Administrative Support – Perform general administrative tasks and ad‑hoc duties to assist departmental operations.
