Job Responsibility and Description
• Receive stocks, update stocks in Inventory system ( purchased stocks / Testing Supplies only ).
• Perform stock count of the inventory item & report any discrepancies
• Pack the received stock by Work Order – for job completion by Engineers ( Bench / Onsite )
• Hand over the stock to respective Engineer.
• Receive “Unused” stock return from Engineer.
• Receive “Defective” stock return from Engineer.
• Verify the returned parts against Work Order to ensure “all items are accounted”
• Pack the returned parts - to be verified by the shop staff
• Return the parts labelled – Unused ( or ) Used parts to the logistics vendor
• Update the spreadsheet via shared drive
• Conduct cyclic stock take end of the month – to tally against inventory system balance.
• Prepare Purch request for items to be reordered ( for PO approval ) – OOW cases & for inventory stock ( fast moving items ) – using eChannel.
• Receive Ink supplies ( Consumables ) from printing Shop ( ITR ) -- for internal testing / bench engineer / Counter staff support.
• Update ALL movement of INK / Maintenance Box in Inventory system.
B. Admin Tasks:
• Check In Box ( ECC ) primary contact – to act on the emails & Check In Box ( SC ) secondary contact – to backup ( if TL is away )
• Prepare Quote for “Out of Warranty cases”
• Able to communicate with Finance team HQ on payment record before releasing the parts.
• Able to discussed with Finance team HQ on refund matters on ad-hoc basis
• Follow up with End users – for Quote sent & approval / payment not received.
• Discussed with Engineers on pending matters / urgent cases.
• Prepare Proforma Invoice ( on ad-hoc basis ) – for customer requests to receive payment
Requirements:
Need to be experienced in handling inventories ( previously in warehouse / store environment ). Min 1 year experience is added advantages.
