About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Application / Software Developer to join a new Proof-of-Concept (POC) initiative focused on building and enhancing innovative e-payment / payment gateway solutions. This role is highly hands-on and suited for someone who enjoys coding, building scalable applications, and contributing across the full application architecture stack. You will work closely with Solution Architects and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and improve modern web applications and backend services for online payment platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications for e-payment and payment gateway systems.
• Drive innovation and enhancement initiatives for new digital payment solutions.
• Build and enhance responsive frontend applications using React.js (preferred) or Vue.js.
• Develop robust backend services and APIs using Golang and/or Python.
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs and OpenAPI specifications.
• Participate in application architecture discussions and technical solutioning.
• Perform code reviews and ensure coding best practices, maintainability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, product teams, and stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Work with cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure for deployment and infrastructure integration.
• Design and optimize database structures using PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance system performance and reliability.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in full-stack application development.
• Proficiency in: React.js/Vue.js for Frontend and Golang/Python for Backend.

• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and OpenAPI specifications.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
• Experience with code review, application design, and software engineering best practices.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced POC or innovation-driven environment.
• Experience working on e-commerce, payment gateway, fintech, or online payment systems is a bonus.
• Familiarity with scalable backend architecture and distributed systems.
