Job Summary

• Support quality management by maintaining ISO 9001: 2015 documentation, conducting product inspections, managing customer complaints, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ISO 9001:2015 quality management system documents and prepare for third-party customer audits to ensure compliance
• Investigate and analyze customer complaints, coordinating with relevant departments to assess risk impact and implement timely corrective actions
• Follow up on quality issues with suppliers and customers using 8D Corrective Action Reports and maintain Non-Conformance Material Reports (NCMR)
• Perform incoming and outgoing product inspections to verify quality standards and specifications
• Support operational quality activities by problem-solving and executing improvement plans to enhance processes and product quality
• Communicate effectively with staff at all levels, overseas counterparts, customers, suppliers, and regulatory representatives to facilitate quality assurance
• Travel overseas as required to support quality-related work and audits
