• Receive, review, and verify tax invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery receipts to ensure proper authorization.
• Enter invoice data into spreadsheet for payment & approval
• Resolve discrepancies or issues related to invoices by liaising with vendors and internal departments (Central Procurement Office and requestors).
• Prepare and process payments according to payment schedules (e.g credit term) and company policies.
• Maintain organized records of all invoices and related documentation.
• Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding invoice status and payment.
• Support audit activities by providing necessary documentation and information.
• Continuously improve invoice processing workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
