The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of Human Resource functions with primary focus on Talent Acquisition and workforce planning to support company growth. As a standalone HR personnel, this role requires hands-on execution in recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, performance management, and HR administration.
The role allocation is approximately:
60% Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
40% General HR Operations & Strategic HR Functions
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5 years HR experience with strong recruitment background
Experience handling recruitment for multiple departments simultaneously
Knowledge in Malaysian Employment Act and HR practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently as standalone HR personnel
Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
