Job Responsibilities:

• Provide strong administrative support to the field sales team, ensuring seamless operations.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of reports and documentation for tenders.
• Proficient in sales processing tasks, including quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoicing.
• Generate quotations and efficiently manage a high volume of inquiries via email and phone.
• Ensure projects are executed according to agreed timelines and schedules.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts as needed.
• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities by following up on existing leads.
• Monitor customer approvals and payments, ensuring timely receipt.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams such as Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Marketing to support smooth daily operations.
• Participate in both online and offline product training sessions organized by vendors to stay updated with the latest industry trends and developments.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Business or relevant field.
• Minimum 1 year of working/administrative experience in relevant field.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Eager to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a friendly and supportive team dedicated to continuous learning.
