About HelloNote HelloNote is a fast‑growing EMR and practice management platform built specifically for physical, occupational, and speech therapy professionals. Our mission is simple: make documentation, billing, scheduling, and day‑to‑day clinic operations dramatically easier for therapists across the U.S.
We’re expanding our sales team and looking for clinicians with a background in PT, OT, SLP, PTA, or OTA who have experience in sales or client-facing roles. If you understand the realities of running or working in a therapy clinic and enjoy helping others improve their workflow, this role is a strong fit.
The Role As an Account Executive, you’ll work directly with therapy clinic owners and clinicians, showing them how HelloNote can simplify their operations and improve efficiency.
You will own the full sales cycle—from first conversation to close—and run a high volume of product demos each month.
The Pay: From $60,000.00 per year + commission $25,000 - $45,000
What You’ll Do - Own the full sales cycle: outreach, discovery, demo, proposal, and close
- Conduct 60–100 product demos per month for therapy clinics
- Close 25–35 new customer accounts per month
- Prospect daily via calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Convert inbound leads into scheduled demos quickly
- Deliver consultative demos tailored to PT, OT, and SLP workflows
- Use your clinical background to explain real-world impact (documentation time, billing accuracy, compliance, etc.)
- Manage pipeline activity in HubSpot
- Maintain structured follow-up with prospects
- Provide feedback on customer objections, pricing, and market trends
- Represent HelloNote at industry events (optional travel)
What We’re Looking For - Licensed or former PT, OT, SLP, PTA, or OTA
- 1–3+ years of sales, business development, or client-facing experience (healthcare, SaaS, or related fields preferred)
- Strong understanding of therapy clinic workflows and challenges [Therapy ************* Members | Word]
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, performance-driven environment
- Confident communicator with strong rapport-building skills
- Ability to run structured conversations and handle objections
- Self-motivated and organized in a remote setting
Nice to have:
- Experience with EMR or billing systems
- Prior experience selling to clinics or healthcare providers
What Success Looks Like - 60–100 demos conducted monthly
- 25–35 new accounts closed monthly
- Strong demo-to-close conversion rate
- Consistent quota achievement

Compensation - Base salary + uncapped commission
- Per-deal commission: $100–$115+ depending on volume tier
- Higher earning potential with increased demo and close rates
