We are looking for an L&D professional to drive learning transformation by shaping capability development and leveraging analytics.

• Up to $6,400 per month
• 1-year contract
• Mon - Fri, office hours
• Labrador Park MRT

 
What to expect:

• Support the implementation of the Academy’s capability development blueprint and provide secretariat support for the Centre of Excellence (CoE) framework.
• Assist in the administration and monitoring of Academy budgets and training funds to ensure effective resource utilisation.
• Manage Learning & Development systems, including Workday and LEARN, to support training operations and user engagement.
• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards to support learning analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• Drive Academy automation initiatives through AI tool integration and coordinate Brown Bag Sessions and knowledge-sharing programmes.

 Requirements:

• Singaporeans only.
• Minimum Degree holder with at least 8 years of experience in leadership development, organisation development, or human resource development.
• Strong budget management and data analytics skills.
• Experience with learning management systems (Workday, LEARN).
