Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist in Pharma Packaging, primarily based in Taiping, with great flexibility for remote work. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and fostering client relationships, understanding customer needs, delivering presentations and product knowledge training, and meeting sales targets. Key tasks include managing the sales pipeline, providing excellent customer service, and developing strategies to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their packaging needs.
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, within Pharma Industry
• Strategic thinking skills to identify opportunities and develop sales strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Material Science or related fields such as Business Administration, Marketing.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical packaging industry is crucial.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.
