Position Name: Customer Service Advisor (Digital Marketing/Advertising Exp)
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
POSITION SUMMARY:
Social Media project (Mandarin+ B2 English)
HC -5
Education- Degree Holder is must
Salary: 5000 (Basic) + 300 KPI + 300 Shift Allowance
Shift : 24/7 Rotational
Work Location: EQ Site, KL
DOJ - 18th May (Tentative)
*Must have experience in Digital Marketing / Advertisement exp of minimum 1+ Years
*Resolving ticket over Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc
*Handle voice call, Chat and Email
Offered role will be CS Advisor
