Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to key customers, including 24/7 standby hotline support.

• Conduct site surveys, machine installation, commissioning, and pre-sales evaluations.

• Troubleshoot issues, raise nonconformance reports, and follow up until closure.

• Ensure job sheets, reports, and documentation are completed accurately and on time.

• Enforce quality standards, drive continuous improvements, and manage KPIs.

• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams while supporting business growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, or equivalent).

• Strong problem-solving skills with good oral communication and self-driven motivation.

• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.

• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on service excellence.

• A good team player with strong multitasking abilities.

• Possess own transport and willing to travel domestically and internationally to support customers.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin. (Able to converse with Mandarin-speaking clients)
