about the job:
In this role, you will act as a pivotal bridge between business units and technical execution teams. You will be responsible for translating complex business needs into viable, scalable solutions that align with the bank's long-term digital roadmap.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partner with senior business stakeholders to evaluate new demands, prioritizing requests for quarterly releases and long-term projects.
• Design holistic solutions by analyzing cross-functional workflows, ensuring all technical and operational aspects are accounted for.
• Conduct thorough scoping of new initiatives, evaluating costs, maintainability, and potential technical risks to provide sound implementation recommendations.
• Collaborate with Architects, Developers, and Testing teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered effectively.
• Review test strategies and provide a business-centric perspective during the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase to ensure seamless deployment.

skills and experience required:

• Business analysis within the banking sector or a top-tier management consultancy.
• Familiarity with Banking Risk Management or Human Resources (HR) systems is highly advantageous.
• Hands-on experience with data analysis, including the ability to build mock-ups or dashboards (e.g., via Excel macros) to visualize solutions.
• Ability to translate complex data into process designs that meet organizational objectives.
• Understanding of project management fundamentals and the ability to manage the lifecycle of a business change initiative.
• Negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations at various levels.
